Bio My name is joe. I was born with a condition called spina bifida, I am in a wheelchair. I am a very nice person once you get to know me I'm kind of shy but once you get to know me and get me into a social scene you wont get me to shut up haha, I am a very outspoken person I will speak my mind and sometimes people dont like it...deal with it.
