Real Member Seighten (Offline)

Well now, I joined good ol RP back when I was stuck in the desert and bored as hell. Oddly enough, I'm no longer stuck in the desert, but I'm still bored as hell. I spent my time in the Marines, got out three years ago, and began my journey into the wily world of 911 dispatching. So basically when people ask what I do for a living, I tell them that I tell cops what to do, which is more or less true.

I bought a house after about a year of being back home in Minnesota. It's pretty sweet. I have a half acre on a small lake where I like to drink beer and build a fire. I grew up in the rural suburbs and went to high school in the hood, so I grew up pretty rounded in that respect. But now I'm living as rural as I ever have...and loving it. Sure the city is fun (to go to sports games, get trashed, and hit on the abundance of hot women) but when it's time to kick it, I want some peace, quiet, and nice scenery. I divide my time between work, family, friends, sports, the bar, and music. I love all of them

traffic, terrorism, gas prices, people who blame the Pres for everything, organized religion, labels, fearing what you don't understand, ignorance, bills, scandalous women (and there's a lot of em!), seafood, body odor, girl farts, my lil sister's boyfriend, basketball, celebrity gossip and the fucking attention it gets, Paris Hilton and the like, it could go on and on

I love a ton of music, mostly heavy rock that goes back to the 70's. My favorite band is Tool with the Deftones coming in at 2nd. When there isn't jack to listen to on my radio station, I'll bump some hip hop as long as it's not that obnoxious shit about bentley's and beemers.

If you want to check out a cool band from here in Minnesota, check out their page on Myspace. They're hard to put into a genre, but they're definitely Funkateers. Funk, reggae, blues, country, rock...they pretty much incorporate it all. Check em out dude
