Real Member Barista (Offline)

I'm never good at figuring out how to fill these things out. My name is Jon, I have brown hair and blue eyes and I stand 5'9. I just finished up my Junior year at Purdue University and I am already ready to start my Senior year! I live here on campus most of the year but a few months total I am living with my family back home in Fort Wayne. I work part time when I'm not in class at Starbucks on campus and I've had that job for 3 and a half years now and I love it. Great co-workers, great regular customers, and great management. I get paid a little less than a regular Starbucks but the experience is worth it plus it keeps me on a schedule during the schoolyear. I'll finish by adding I have never had a girlfriend and I am waiting for the right girl to come along. I'm in no hurry, patience is a strongsuit of mine.

Well first off I'll say again I love working at SBux on a college campus. Its unlike any job I've had before. It is always busy especially during finals week. I also really enjoy the college life here at Purdue. Life at a major university is an amazing experience and it gets me used to what it will be like living away from home when I start my career in a couple more years. Along with the college theme I am a HUGE fan of Purdue sports. Our football team may be having a couple down seasons but they'll get good again. Our basketball team though, don't get me started we are amazing and it was great to have that kind of excitement again and getting a chance to rush the court after a big victory. Only more good things to come in basketball. I also enjoy reading Stephen King, LOTR, and yes even Harry Potter. I write constantly, even when I think I have nothing to say I just sit and write down what I'm thinking or just random plans for summer and Spring Breaks in the future. I sing everyday whether it be at work, in the shower, or in the car I always need to keep my voice in tune. I sing and listen to Jazz mostly, especially Michael Buble and Paul Anka. I also listen to any genre of music you can think of. Each style has at least one good song associated with it.

As always if you have known me a while I don't like spiders haha, I don't really hate anything but I do not appreciate the spider's talent for infiltrating my personal space undetected until its on my neck or floating down like the angel of death on that silk that shoots out of its ass. Alright I apologize I don't hate spiders, but if I dont have to touch one or have one crawling all over me I'll be just fine.

Well like I said Jazz and Swing are two big genres for me, a lot of fun to perform. Classical is great when I am writing, studying, or storm chasing when that occurs. Basically any type of music you can think of I'll give it a fair chance and odds are I'll like it.
